Garden Oaks Fine Accommodation

Furnished Accommodation for Lease over 90+ Days

Our long-stay suites are furnished, or partially furnished with character built-ins. These one and two bedroom suites offer residents unique spaces to make a home.  Two suites include an additional study/office. 

We welcome "snowbird" and longer term reservations over 90 days in support of health care, film and theatre productions and educational terms in Victoria. Often a stay of a few months turns into a residency for 1-3 years, the longest now for a decade! We do keep a waiting list, so don't hesitate to let us know of your needs. 

Centrally located on the people-priority greenway known as the Oaklands Rise Woonerf our suites are spacious, fully equipped homes, typically rented for longer term. With utilities and a range of amenities included (from free Wifi to tableware and linens) a residency with Garden Oaks Fine Accommodation represents an extraordinary value in Victoria's rental marketplace where costs have more than doubled for many owners.

Ideal for those in Victoria as a base for extended medical treatment, academic or work projects/locums, film productions or just helping our with family care, you'll find a neighbourhood welcome that is sure to ease your stay.

In compliance with B.C. governmental regulations we do not accept reservations classified as Short Term Rentals.

  • Reservations of not less than 90 days may be arranged via AirBnB or VRBO. Photos may also appear on other sites despite that our listing is not actively maintained.  If you have any questions, please contact us directly. We are not liable for online advertising that is out of our control. 

  • Arrangement for lease stays under provisions of the B.C. Residential Tenancy Act may be made directly with Garden Oaks Fine Accommodation (GOFA) principals. 

Allergies in the family, and among our resident community, mean that we are unable to accept pets. John jokes that he lived with a setter, three labs, a manx and a siamese for 27 years...then moved for university and discovered breathing! We do understand the challenge of finding pet friendly accommodation and regret that we are not able to help. We are proud to offer housing that supports the health needs of our community.
