Concept Design and interior decoration
• With expertise built over 20 years of property management, concept design and execution in residential and corporate settings, GOFA partner John J. O'Brien, CRM, MALT brings a pragmatic eye to creating results that go beyond the expected. Decorator and project consultation projects may be structured on a time, project or retainer basis. Unique design and craftwork including one-of-a-kind stenciling, mosaic and other premium features are available by special order. Lease / rental accommodation
• Our quality management program is overseen by Robert D. Tornack, MBA. Currently, we provide rental accommodation under a one year lease contract that conforms to British Columbia laws and regulations. Depending upon availability and your needs, we may be able to arrange a short term or furnished suite. Please ask about our waiting list and let us know of your needs. You enjoy the ambiance of a home, but with the convenience of apartment living. Property Management Assistant Wendy provides essential coordination when GOFA partners John and Rob are on project assignments. Groundskeeping is provided by Colin and crew for all GOFA properties. Housekeeping services may be arranged if required.
