An example offer in early 2010 is the Oak Suite. Spacious and bright, this rental accommodation is located in a very pleasant neighbourhood that is central to everything Victoria has to offer. It can be furnished with comfortable character pieces and antiques that welcome you home.

The furnished option is available on the following rate schedule. In compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act, a security deposit of 50% of one month's rent is required. The suite includes one off-street parking space and free use of front loading washer/dryer in the laundry room shared with one other suite.

3-month lease: $2550/month (1,275 security deposit)
6-month lease: $2500/month (1,250 security deposit)
12-month lease: $2250/month (1,225 security deposit)

The Parlour Suite occupies the main floor of a former Edwardian residence. The Parlour Suite is large with a private north facing porch, original stained glass in the living room and bedroom, and an updated kitchen and dining room. The study/office area enjoys east light opposite the in-suite European style laundry. The functional bathroom is on our list for enhancement through design.

3-month lease: $2200/month (1,100 security deposit)
6-month lease: $2100/month (1,050 security deposit)
12-month lease: $1995/month (997.50 security deposit)

As with all Garden Oaks Fine Accommodation properties, credit checks are required. These suites are not available on a month to month basis. However, lease terms are negotiable and fees may be prorated to suit the agreed lease term.
