The Oak Suite is a non-smoking three bedroom apartment named for its rich hardwood floorings. Character touches are typical of our properties and the Oak Suite is fitted with crown moldings, decorator sconces and heated tile floors in the efficient, designer kitchen. Your leased rental apartment feels more like a home!

A spacious 1220+ square feet, the floor plan includes a living room, dining "L" with large, south facing deck, kitchen with dishwasher and all the expected appliances, bathroom with tub and shower and comfortable bedrooms with double closets. Additional storage is found in two hall closets. The building laundry room is equipped with newer appliances--free for the use of tenants only (and typically shared with one other suite). There is one off-street parking space provided at no additional charge.
