The Manse was our Bed and Breakfast in the late 90's until opportunities took us overseas. We welcomed travelers from across the country and beyond. That time was all the more special for meals shared with visitors. We're happy to share some of those recipes in a Creative Cookery collection soon to be launched. It will grow and evolve overtime.
